My primary concern is ensuring the continuity of your medical care. As a patient, you always retain the right to choose your physician. If you choose to continue your treatment with Fort Worth Plastic Surgery, the remaining physicians and staff are ready and willing to manage your ongoing treatment and follow-up care.

Currently, your medical records remain securely housed at Fort Worth Plastic Surgery. Your medical records can be transferred upon your written authorization, in accordance with Texas law and subject to any applicable copying or administrative fees. You can initiate this transfer by contacting Fort Worth Plastic Surgery at (817) 810-0770 to request release of your medical records. If you plan to see me or any other physician outside of Fort Worth Plastic Surgery, obtaining a copy of your recent records and bringing them to your appointment will help ensure a seamless transition.
